Connect your Microsoft 365 to Get Support
This lets Get Support carry out a security review of your Microsoft 365. You approve our read-only app, called Tenant Audit, on Microsoft's own sign-in page. It takes about a minute.
You'll need to sign in as a Global Administrator of your Microsoft 365.
Microsoft will show you exactly what the app can see before you agree.
Read-only, by design
It can see
- Your Microsoft 365 security settings
- Users, admins and how they sign in (for example, whether they use MFA)
- Sign-in and audit logs, and email and sharing settings
- How your computers and phones are managed, if you use Intune
It can't
- Change any setting, user or device
- Read the contents of anyone's email
- Open your files or documents
- Sign in as any of your people
You can remove it at any time: in the Microsoft Entra admin centre, go to Enterprise applications, open Tenant Audit and choose Delete.
More than one organisation?
Open this page once for each organisation, and sign in as that organisation's administrator each time. A private (InPrivate or Incognito) window for each one stops your browser signing you in to the wrong one.
